The Dreamerie started as a conscious lifestyle blog (anyone here from the Jewels of a Dreamer days?!?) and I've so missed sharing lifestyle content with you so it feels like the perfect time to bring back Dreamerie Finds! These are the finds, practices, tools, and resources currently lighting me up. I hope they support you on your journey.
i. When I went into my Records a few weeks ago to ask how I can best serve my community this is the offering that came through loud and clear. Co-Creating Your Conscious Business With The Akashic Records will teach you how to use the Records to create, grow, and scale your conscious business. I can't wait to share all the ways I have used the Records to grow my business with you. You can join the waitlist here!
ii. My talented friend and collaborator, Dani Kreeft (who also supported me in the copy for this site!) published her first editorial essay “A Year Here” about time, fear and wholeness. It's truly a must-read.
iii. When I first met Kara Ladd a few years back in NYC it was an instant connection. It's rare to find someone who has also been through their own intense health journey at a young age and came out the other side to find a deeper purpose. I'm always inspired by the work she does and was honored to be included in her monthly newsletter, The Channel. You can read the full post here and join her email list here.
iv. My word for this year is health and as I continue to explore how to prioritize my health and continued healing in new ways, Sacred Body by Lotus Wei has been a supportive companion in softening more deeply into this journey.
v. I was recently interviewed by the magical Blair Badenhop for her incredible podcast, Brand Yourself. We went deep on all things entrepreneurship, running a spiritual business, and self-care. You can listen to the episode here. I would love to hear any takeaways you have!
vi. I've been spending a lot more time on Pinterest as of late and feeling nostalgic for my days of scrapbooking and vision boards. Anyone else absolutely love Pinterest? Let's connect there!
vii. Florida had a cold front this week and with temps dropping to the high 30's (I truly can't remember it ever getting this cold growing up in Miami!) I've been living in Mate thermals.
viii. After my diagnosis of Ramsay Hunt Syndrome 5 years ago I became obsessed with all things facial massage. I've been using this roller for the past 6 months and it has quickly become a favorite part of my routine. Highly recommend.
ix. I've recently been cooking from Kelly Leveque's Body Love Every Day which I absolutely love. Last week I made her Spicy Salmon Nori Burritos which were a big hit in our house. She also generously shared the recipe on her blog!
x. Heartfelt gratitude to my dear friend Jasmin for introducing me to Heroic Hearts, a non-profit supporting veterans with plant medicine to heal PTSD. I'm grateful to be able to donate to them and would encourage you to support if you can.
