Spicy Garlic Roasted Broccoli

Broccoli is one of my favorite vegetables. I could eat it every day, steamed with sea salt is my favorite. Lately, I have been enjoying this recipe to switch things up. The broccoli is made extra special with the addition of chopped garlic and red pepper flakes. I happen to love these two flavors but feel free to leave either of them out if you don’t (or just use less).

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Chop two heads of broccoli into florets.
Toss with 1-2 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tsp sea salt, 1/2 tsp pepper and four cloves of minced garlic.
Bake 15-20 minutes (turning halfway).
Add red pepper flakes.
