October Message From the Akashic Records, Channeled for The Dreamerie Community
You don’t need to push.
You are being invited to soften.
To be gentle with yourself — mind, body, and soul.
Everyone has hard edges but how can you soften into those edges?
No one is going to give you a pass, you need to give it to yourself.
To say, “sure, that didn’t work out how I hoped it would” or “yeah, if I could go back I might do x,y,z differently” and then to pause right there and release it. To meet yourself with ease and see yourself in your humanness.
It’s the difference between I messed up. I failed. OR I did the best I could. I’m really proud of myself.
You need more of the latter. More of celebrating your courage. More of witnessing the baby steps you are taking and rooting yourself on.
If you aren’t cheering for yourself, how can anyone else?
You don’t need to take big sweeping steps to be worthy.
Each breath you take makes you worthy, simply for being you.
Next time you find yourself in front of a mirror take a moment to pause. To look yourself in the eyes and say: I love you. I’m proud of you. You’re doing amazing.
It is through leaning into the softening, the ease, the gentleness with yourself that you will find relief.
Lean back into the softness and you will be caught.
It doesn’t need to be complicated. It is a choice you make. How can you soften into this moment, right here and right now?
Tapping into the innermost layers of your heart.
You don’t need to put on a brave face.
You don’t need to be ready for battle.
You don’t need to be on defense.
You can just BE. Softening into your heart, your beingness. One breath, one moment at a time.
Journaling prompts & Self-inquiry Reflections:
What does softening mean to me?
Where in my life can I bring in more gentleness, ease, and compassion for myself?
What is asking to be released so I can feel safe to access the innermost layers of my heart?
Where in my life am I still holding onto hard edges for fear of surrendering them? What is on the other side of that fear?
