SURRENDER • Life feels like a lot right now. And that is ok, these are the ebbs and flows. There is so much shifting and transforming, it has felt overwhelming, uncomfortable, intense. This weeks Full Moon in Taurus only magnified it – who else is feeling it?

Admittedly, true surrender + trust has felt hard over the past few weeks. There are moments when I have felt stuck in my own grasp. I am reminding myself that it is just a moment in time and I can CHOOSE to surrender and fall back on my faith at any moment. That is exactly what I am going to do. I choose faith.

A reminder that even if you can’t see it, everyone is going through something. It is our responsibility as humans to remember we are all one — so if you find yourself in a situation where you are focusing on your own experience, don’t forget to put yourself in the other person’s shoes by showing sensitivity & love
