WHAT LIGHTS YOU UP? — Connecting to your passions + purpose on this planet takes time and a lot of self exploration. One of my favorite places to start is by recognizing that anything that lights you up, topics you can’t get enough of and that captivate your attention do not happen on accident. They are there for a reason, holding tremendous possibility and asking you to pay attention.

I was recently talking to a client who is struggling with feeling stuck + uninspired in her business & what her purpose is, unsure of the next steps to take (a feeling I know a lot of us can relate to). Through breathwork + kundalini, journaling and connecting deeply with her intuition, she has been able to gain clarity on not only the immediate actions steps to take but on the bigger vision for her life. This is what meditation makes possible. This is where the magic unfolds.
