REIKI • I first received Reiki in 2011 while undergoing chemotherapy before my bone marrow transplant. Not knowing much about it, I signed up because I knew I could use all the support available to me. Little did I know, it would be one of the most transformative days of my life. After that session, I experienced a profound shift. I remember the feeling like it was yesterday.

Fast forward 7 years and this past weekend I received my Reiki 1 Certification. To say I am grateful to give others the life-changing experience I was so fortunate to receive is an understatement. Connecting deeper to my work & purpose on this planet has been the most expansive experience, I wouldn’t change one bit of the journey that has led me here.
