GRATITUDE • A few years ago I noticed myself in the mindset of getting stuck in life’s difficult moments, unable to see past my own situation. To help shift my perspective, I started beginning and ending my day by writing all that I was thankful for. From my health, friends and family to the act of making tea in the morning or the joy I experienced being creative. This small act helped me to see past the current circumstance and brought loving energy into my day, which quickly extended into all areas of my life. It soon became a habit and is now a crucial part of my well-being. The act of gratitude is a force that has the power to transform our lives.
