Today on the journal, I am diving deep into what went down this past year & the tools I used to move through some very challenging times.

When we are in the midst of a dark period in our lives, it can be hard to feel that things will get easier. Time and time again I have seen that when life gets difficult, and I feel depressed, lost or scared, it is when I respect those feelings as necessary and don’t try to fight it, that at some point suddenly + unexpectedly, light begins to pour in and it all makes sense.

So today, on this day that celebrates love, I am celebrating my love and gratitude for the journey I am on, the tools that support me and for the this community that inspires me to show up every day.
